The Athena Series pool cues feature slightly thinner 12.5 mm shafts to promote a better bridge and smoother follow-through. They are shorter than standard length of 57 inches which creates a more normal balance point. The quick release butt cap accommodates the free 10 inch cue extension! Quickly and easily add that extra 10 inch reach without the hassle of leaning on the table or searching for the ever elusive bridge stick!
Athena Series 2 piece pool cues meet the needs of beginners, league members, and tournament tested shooters. This cue features a 12.5 mm proprietary tip, a 1 inch Fiber ferrule, a hard rock maple pro taper shaft which also has a black collar with a thin silver ring and piloted brass insert, a piloted 5/16x18 pin with a steel collar and a black with white speck Irish linen wrap. The forearm features Ebony stained maple with floating purple heart shaped point overlays encased in a pair of black rings with thin silver rings inside while the sleeve is Ebony stained maple encased by black rings with thin silver rings inside.
The bumper features threaded black rubber that unscrews so you can add the free 10 inch extension. The maple ebony extension features a threaded brass collar.
This Athena Series Purple Heart pool cue is available in either 17 oz, 18 oz, 19 oz or 20 oz weights.
