| Shipping Rates and Policies |
| In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by email and informed the reason for the delay. Your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise has been shipped.
Because of the nature of our merchandise, it is very hard to precisely estimate shipping costs online for any of our products. Therefore the shipping charges will be added once your order has been received by us and are not included in any prices. We make sure to use the lowest cost shipping method for your order using both package 'weight' and 'dimensions'. We use either Canada Post, United States Parcel Service or UPS, depending on which is the least expensive. You will receive a printed invoice with your exact total including shipping charges and any applicable taxes with your order. You can contact us toll free at 1-866-891-6674 for a shipping quote. Some examples of shipping charges are as follows: Ontario & Quebec: $7.00 minimum for smaller items such as dart sets, dart flights, dart shafts and dart accessories, small billiard items, etc. The rest of Canada: $10.00 minimum for smaller items such as dart sets, dart flights, dart shafts and dart accessories, small billiard items, etc. Please be advised that all C.O.D. orders (within Canada only) will be subject to a $6.00 C.O.D. fee as well as the shipping charges listed above. Ontario COD orders will have a minimum shipping charge of $12.00 and the rest of Canada will have a minimum shipping charge of $15.00. To order C.O.D. please use the following steps: 1.Choose your product(s) and add them to your basket. Once you are finished shopping, click the 'Order Now' button 2.Click 'Continue' for the sub-total 3.Enter your billing information - click next 4.Choose your tax(es) for either Ontario or the rest of Canada - click next 5.Complete the survey (optional) - click next 6.When you are asked for your credit card information, enter '000000' then use the drop down menu for 'Credit Card Type' and choose the C.O.D. option (orders within Canada, under $200.00). You can enter any expiry month United States: $11.00 CAD for smaller items such as dart sets, dart flights, dart shafts and dart accessories, small billiard items, etc. Please be advised that some larger items (for example pool table lights, foosball tables, etc.) will require a Social Security Number in order to be shipped across the border to the US. We will contact you by e-mail for that information. International: $45.00 CAD minimum for smaller items such as dart sets, dart flights, dart shafts and dart accessories, small billiard items, etc. These prices are only guidelines - your actual shipping costs may vary. For example if you were to order only one or two sets of dart flights your shipping charge would only be the price of a stamp. For larger items such as dart cabinets, wooden signs or cue racks, your shipping charges will be more. Please feel free to call us toll free at 1-866-891-6674 to request a shipping quote. If you would like to have your order sent to an address that is different than your billing address, please include the shipping address in the 'Additional Comments' section of your order. Don't forget to include the name of the person it is being shipped to, the complete mailing address and the phone number. |

| Return Policy |
| If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the date your order was shipped (the date on your credit card receipt). All returned products must be in their original packaging, in their original condition and in resaleable condition. Pool cues, books and VHS and DVD videos are non-refundable.
Items that are to be returned must have a RAN (Return Authorization Number) assigned to them. Merchandise returned without approval will be refused - no exceptions. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (defectives excluded). Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note: Pool or Snooker Cue warpage is not considered a manufacturer defect. All cues are checked before they are shipped for warpage, dents or other defects. |

| We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment may also be made by paypal to sales@hotshotscanada.com. Please contact us prior to paypal payment for correct shipping and tax amounts.
For your convenience you may shop in US dollars, but you will be billed in Canadian funds. Your credit card company will convert the amount purchased to the currency of your credit card at the time of billing. Unfortunately due to high incidents of credit card fraud, we are not accepting credit card orders from the following countries: Romania, Macedonia, Belarus, Pakistan, Russia, Lithuania, Egypt, Nigeria, Columbia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. |
